A-Level Results

Staff at Hellesdon Sixth Form welcomed back the Year 13’s as they collected their results today.

Richard Taylor, Director of Sixth Form, said: “This year's Year 13 has been a really hard-working and committed group of students - an absolute pleasure to work with and support.  

“While the overall headline figures are very pleasing, behind these are lots of excellent individual performances - including a number of students who got a full set of Grade 9s at GCSE and have now received 3 A* - an absolutely fantastic achievement.  

“With examinations and results having gone back to pre- 2019 levels it has been tough on students this year, especially as these were the first set of 'real' exams they had done, but they have risen to this challenge. Well done to all the students, families and their teachers who have supported them along their journey in Sixth Form - we wish them all well for their next steps, whether that be university, apprenticeships or employment.”
