They practised lots of rugby skills, including passing, running with the ball, scoring tries and dodging other players. It was great to see their enthusiasm and perseverance. They were also great at encouraging each other when working in groups - well done, Year 2. 

The children said they had a good time, and it was fun to play rugby with their friends. One child said, "I learnt that you had to throw from your hip. I was really good at throwing and catching; I could spin the ball!"
