We are a happy school that takes pride in our fully inclusive approach and our strong commitment to educating the whole child. We hope that you are able to get a sense of our fantastic school community through browsing our website. It is thanks to the supportive and strong partnership between children, parents, staff, governors and the wider community itself that we are able to achieve so much.
Visitors frequently comment on the friendly, positive and welcoming atmosphere at our school. Attendance and behaviour are excellent and we have a good reputation in both the local and wider community. We like to learn together, have fun and enjoy celebrating success.
All the staff are ready for a, much needed, rest after a long Autumn Term. Please be mindful of this and only contact staff if absolutely necessary. You may not get a response straightaway as they will also be switching off and relaxing with their families and friends. Please enjoy the time with your children over the next 2 weeks. We'll see you on Tuesday 7th January 2025 for the Spring Term. #kinsalejuniorschoolnorfolk

20 Dec 2024Year 6 have had busy few days working on their Design & Technology project, to create a picture frame. The finished products look fantastic. Well done to all of Year 6 on your great work. #kinsalejuniorschoolnorfolk
20 Dec 2024Today we have said a sad 'Goodbye' but 'Happy Retirement' to Ann, our school cook. Ann has been working in the kitchen at KJS for the last 9 years, serving very many school children their lunches. She will be hugely missed but promises to pop in and see us in her spare time. All the best to Ann from everyone at KJS. #kinsalejuniorschoolnorfolk
20 Dec 2024The Year 3 classes had a lovely last day of the Autumn Term. They have finished with a quiz, tree decoration making and creating these fantastic Christingles, which they have learned about in RE lessons during the last week. The candles and ribbon for the Christingles were provided free by @thechildrenssociety and the oranges were kindly donated by Mr. Taylor - parent of two of our pupils. Thank you so much Mr. Taylor. #kinsalejuniorschoolnorfolk #thechildrenssociety
