Year 2 Visit to the Norwich Cathedral

Tuesday 29th November saw our Year 2 children visiting Norwich Cathedral. They thought all about the different materials used to build the Cathedral and also the other materials they could see that are part of the Cathedral.
The children also looked at the Edith Cavell statue and her grave to remind them of their learning in History.
The children found the size of the building incredible and were inspired by the many people who would have built this amazing building. The children felt peaceful as they looked at the various materials used to build and recognised that this is a very special place with a very special feeling that you feel when you visit.
We were super proud of all the children for the wonderful discussions that took place along with lots of the learning shared.
