The Year 2 children went to Norwich Cathedral to complete a scared science workshop all about materials. The children discovered that the Cathedral is made of Limestone, that there are many limestone pillars in the building. They investigated the arches which also help to make the Cathedral and even learnt how to build their own arches. The last activity the children completed was to walk around the Cathedral and complete a materials hunt.
