Year 11s are completing their practical exams, lots of dishes are being produced and Mrs Hilton is very proud of what she has seen so far.

The year 10s have been getting ready for Pancake day which is coming up tomorrow and practicing garnishing work which helps when they present dishes to be evaluated and marked. Here is a small selection of work they have recently produced:
