As part of their exploration into the Roles of Biotechnology, they’re diving deep into enzyme technology—learning how immobilised enzymes are used to produce lactose-free milk.

This challenging practical develops problem-solving, analytical thinking, and lab skills, giving our students a taste of the exciting possibilities in biotechnology.
