Based at Portsmouth, a team of Naval chefs visited the school on the 6th March to work with our Year 10 Hospitality pupils. After a short career talk and questions, Students embarked on a team challenge to produce the dishes of chicken Kiev served with fondant potatoes and mini pavlovas for dessert in just an hour and a half! It was fun, chaotic at times, and really rather competetive! A great day had by all.
