After a slightly slow start, Sprowston were winning 5-2, at the end of the first third. With a change of positions in the second third, we intercepted a number of balls in defence, attacked with more confidence and played some excellent attacking netball. We fought back hard to take a narrow 1 goal lead, thanks to an outstanding run of form from Amy P as Goal Shooter.

Going into the final third, Hellesdon were winning 9-8. Unfortunately for us, Sprowston came back strong in the final third with the match finishing 13-11 to Sprowston.
