In the beautiful sunshine of Wednesday afternoon, we made the short journey to Sprowston High. 

The toss was made and we were in to bat first and after the first innings, Hellesdon had a very narrow lead of just half a rounder; 9.5 to Sprowston's 9.  In the second innings, Sprowston found their batting form and scored 17.5 compared to our 8 giving them an overall win.  The girls played well and continued to fight to the end, learning a lot as they played the game.

At the end of the game, Sprowston voted for their player of the match; Florence Ogunyoku for her excellent batting.  Well done Flo and everyone else!
