The Immunisation Team will be in school next week.  You can consent for either the Flu nasal spray or the non-gelatine IM Flu vaccine by clicking on the following link https://eastanglia.schoolvaccination.uk/flu/2024/Norfolk or alternatively click the link in the attached document.

Please complete the form to consent or decline the vaccination.  This will avoid any further contact from the team who may try and contact you if no response is received.

Please note that children cannot receive this vaccination from their GP unless they are clinically vulnerable.
